The Control and Motor-Drive (CMD) Lab facilitates extensive research and development related to power electronics and motor design for industries. All members are skilled at highly advanced hardware and software programming and guided to collaborate with engineers in industries.
The research interests of the CMD Lab include various aspects of Power Electronics, AC Motor Drives, Motor Design, Electrical Vehicle, and advanced non-linear control theory.
Recently, much effort has been paid to the development of high performance induction /synchronous motor control.
